Terms of Service

ChannelShift is a service of AZ IT Solutions. It connects one Telegram bot to one old channel and one new channel. When someone who joined through your bot leaves the old channel, the bot sends them a one-time invite to the new one.

The plan

There is one plan. It includes one bot and one channel pair. Members, join requests, leaves and rejoin cycles are not limited. You choose a duration of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Prices on the site exclude 18% GST.

Trial

The free trial is 3 days, needs no card, and cannot be extended by you or by us. Each Telegram account gets one trial. Each bot gets one trial. Deleting an account does not create another one.

Your responsibilities

You own the bot and the channels. You must not use ChannelShift to send spam or anything illegal. If you publish investment or trading content, you are responsible for complying with SEBI rules and Telegram's terms. We do not send messages from your personal Telegram account.

Telegram's limits

A bot can only message people who have started it (or who have a join request still pending). ChannelShift cannot reach members who joined before the bot, or who blocked it. That is a Telegram rule, not a plan limit.

When access ends

A trial that ends pauses the campaign immediately. If you cancel a paid plan, access does not end immediately and the current period is not refunded. You can change your mind any time before the period ends. At the end of that period the campaign pauses, the bot stops sending Channel 2 links, and the dashboard stays available to read until you resubscribe. There is no grace period after a cancellation.

If a renewal payment fails and you did not cancel, the plan gets 7 days of grace and then a short pause. We keep your data: 30 days if you never paid, 180 days after the last paid period if you did. Invoices are kept for the legal retention period. Paying again restores the campaign. We do not delete your history because a plan lapsed.
